Massive Attack on Kyiv Highlights Urgent Need for Patriots Amid U.S. Hesitation

Kyiv suffered a devastating attack on August 5, with Russian ballistic missiles and drones killing at least 17 people and injuring 44 across the capital and its surrounding region. The assault ignited large fires in Kyiv and its suburbs, according to Ukrainian authorities.

In the capital city itself, one person died and 24 were injured, reported Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko. Damage was recorded at more than seven sites throughout Kyiv, including the Holosiivskij, Obolonskij, Desnjanskij, and Svjatošinskij districts. Among the targets were a Nova Poshta company warehouse, logistics centers, military factories, and the Epicentr shopping center. Casualties were also reported in other parts of the Kyiv region.
