MCMC, PHI Forge Strategic Partnership to Enhance Government Service Delivery

The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), through its National Information Dissemination Center (Nadi), has entered into a strategic collaboration with Penang Halal International (PHI). This partnership is marked by the organization of the "Program Madani Kita" (PMK). The collaboration was formalized during the Penang International Halal Expo 2026, which spans three days at Politeknik Seberang Perai. The PMK initiative, coordinated by the Performance Acceleration Unit (Pacu) of the Prime Minister's Department, adopts a "whole-of-government" approach, bringing together various ministries and federal agencies under one roof. The primary objective is to facilitate citizens' access to a wide range of government services in a more integrated, efficient, and user-friendly manner. The concurrent organization of PMK and PIHEX 2026 not only expands service access but also creates more opportunities for the local community and entrepreneurs to gain information, advice, and benefits from various government initiatives and strategic partners. This collaboration underscores a continuous commitment to enhancing government service delivery to the people. It is deemed crucial for supporting local economic development, broadening digital inclusion, and ensuring that the benefits of the Malaysia Madani agenda reach all segments of society. Throughout the three-day program, visitors can access services such as free health screenings, Rahmah Sales, Agro Madani Sales, and explore various government agency exhibition booths. Community service activities, the Nadi E-Sukan Madani Legend competition, and free Wi-Fi access via the Nadi On Wheels (NOW) vehicle are also part of the event.
