Ghana Premier League champions Medeama SC will host their 2026/27 TotalEnergies CAF Champions League preliminary round matches at the Tarkwa and Aboso (TnA) Stadium. The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has granted the venue Category 2 Stadium Approval, a decision that allows continental football to be played in Tarkwa for the first time.
