TAMU boasts over 43 lifestyle amenities aimed at enhancing resident well-being, recreation, and community interaction. These include features like the Skyline Promenade, Lounger by the Pool, Mediterranean Courtyard, Poolside BBQ, The Spanish Steps, and a Wellness Jacuzzi. Residents can also enjoy a 50-meter swimming pool, pickleball court, gymnasium, women's gym studio, entertainment lounge, and a community hall, promoting an active lifestyle without leaving the premises. The serviced apartments at TAMU start from RM250,000, with unit sizes ranging from 550 to 958 square feet.
