According to official documents cited by Ağırel, the building's purchase price was 3.85 million euros. With renovation costs factored in, the total investment is estimated to be around 4.5 million euros. Ağırel also highlighted that the holding company allegedly used for this acquisition, HAMAG Holding, has reported zero revenue and zero employees, adding a layer of mystery to the transaction.
