Mir Raza Ali's body exhumed following restoration of original medical board

The body of Mir Raza Ali, a graduate of the Institute of Business Administration and a businessman, was exhumed on Saturday. This action followed the Sindh government's decision to reinstate the original medical board that was initially formed for the examination.

According to his father's lawyer, the exhumation and subsequent examination took place in Karachi. The investigation officer was present during the process, as were all eight members of the medical team. Crucially, a judicial magistrate also observed the proceedings. The parents of the deceased were nearby during the exhumation.

Previously, the exhumation, which had been scheduled for Friday morning, was postponed. The delay occurred because the deceased's family raised objections to the abrupt reconstitution of the medical board. Their concerns also included the inclusion of members from outside the Karachi division in the newly formed board.
