Missão Party files complaint with TSE over fraudulent affiliation of Flávio Bolsonaro

Brazil's Missão Party has formally petitioned the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) to investigate the unauthorized affiliation of Senator Flávio Bolsonaro to its ranks. The party asserts it has gathered crucial technical evidence, including IP addresses and manipulated personal data, which could pinpoint the individual responsible for the fraudulent registration.

The complaint, which will be handled by Justice Floriano de Azevedo Marques, alleges electoral identity fraud. The Missão Party, which has also filed a police report with the Federal Police, states its intention to cooperate fully with the investigation and positions itself as a victim of this alleged scheme.

We filed a representation with the TSE regarding the absurdity of this manipulation they tried to carry out in our system with Flávio's affiliation. All the information we have already provided to the press will be made available to the court for due investigation.

According to the party's filing, its technical team successfully recovered data related to the registration attributed to Flávio Bolsonaro. This includes the IP address used on August 2, at 9:05 a.m., and evidence of altered personal details such as CPF (individual taxpayer registry) and address. Missão argues these discrepancies indicate a deliberate attempt to circumvent the party affiliation system.

Based on this evidence, Missão is requesting the court to compel internet providers to reveal the origin and owner of the IP address, along with associated accounts and connection logs from the relevant period. The party also highlighted an email address used in the process, which appears linked to Flávio Bolsonaro, and presented records of emails sent to the senator's official mandate address. These records show delivery, opening, and click confirmations, contradicting Bolsonaro's claim that he dismissed the communications as spam.
