Mobile hospital deployed for Nomad Games in Kyrgyzstan

A mobile hospital has been established at the Kyrchen jailoo in Kyrgyzstan in preparation for the VI World Nomad Games. The facility, equipped to handle a significant number of patients, aims to provide comprehensive medical support during the event.

The hospital is designed to receive up to 150 outpatients daily and conduct up to 20 surgical operations. Its inpatient capacity stands at 90 beds, with an additional eight beds in the intensive care unit. This setup ensures that medical needs, from routine consultations to critical care, can be addressed on-site.

Medical services are being provided by a joint team of 20 doctors from the Ministry of Emergency Situations' disaster medicine service and 60 doctors from the Ministry of Health. The complex itself comprises 21 vehicles and 31 tents, creating a functional medical environment. It includes an operating room, ultrasound and X-ray machines, a laboratory, an intensive care ambulance, and a mobile pharmacy. Essential utilities such as water filtration and air purification systems, along with shower facilities, are also integrated into the setup. Furthermore, two Ministry of Emergency Situations helicopters will be on standby at Kyrchen to provide rapid medical evacuation if necessary.
