MoF and DIFC partner to develop next generation of financial leaders

The UAE's Ministry of Finance (MoF) and the DIFC Academy have joined forces in a strategic partnership aimed at cultivating the next generation of financial leaders. The collaboration will deliver the Certified Chief Finance Director Programme and the Certified Financial Consultant Programme.

Signed at the Ministry of Finance offices in Dubai, the agreement seeks to bolster leadership and advisory capabilities within the financial sector. It specifically addresses the growing need for specialized expertise among financial leaders and executives in federal entities. The programs are designed to provide participants with cutting-edge knowledge and practical skills essential for making informed and effective strategic financial decisions.

Younis Haji AlKhoori, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance, and Arif Amiri, Chief Executive Officer of DIFC Authority, formalized the partnership. Senior executives and academic representatives from both organizations attended the signing ceremony. AlKhoori highlighted the partnership as a significant step in advancing leadership within the financial services industry.
