Mostly Sunny and Warm Weather Expected Across Serbia, With Scattered Showers in South and East

Serbia is set for mostly sunny and warm conditions across much of the country on May 24, 2026. The Republic Hydrometeorological Institute (RHMZ) forecasts pleasant weather for most citizens.

However, residents in the southwestern, southern, and eastern parts of Serbia should prepare for variable cloudiness. These areas may experience short-lived rain showers accompanied by thunderstorms. The possibility of localized precipitation also extends to central Serbia later in the afternoon due to developing cloud cover.

Winds will generally be light to moderate. A northwesterly wind is expected, with occasional stronger gusts predicted for Vojvodina and the hilly-mountainous regions of western and southern Serbia.

Temperatures will range from a low of 10 degrees Celsius to a high of 15 degrees overnight. Daytime highs are expected to reach between 24 and 29 degrees Celsius. In the capital, Belgrade, the weather will be predominantly sunny and warm, with light to moderate northwesterly winds. Overnight lows in Belgrade will be between 12 and 15 degrees, with a daytime high around 28 degrees Celsius.
