Motorcycle and Toyota Collide in Elektrėnai Municipality – Three Injured

An accident occurred on August 7 around 8:14 PM in the village of Pastrėviai, within the Elektrėnai municipality, involving a motorcycle and a Toyota vehicle. The collision resulted in injuries to three individuals.

The motorcycle was being operated by a woman born in 1988. She sustained injuries and was hospitalized. A passenger on the motorcycle, born in 2006, and the driver of the Toyota, a young man born in 2006, also suffered injuries. After receiving medical attention, they were treated on an outpatient basis.

Police have initiated an investigation into the incident. Material has been collected under Article 281, Part 1 of the Lithuanian Criminal Code, which pertains to violations of road traffic safety or vehicle operation rules. This article outlines penalties, including public works, fines, restriction of liberty, arrest, or imprisonment up to two years, for causing an accident that results in minor bodily harm.
