Barka Umaru Mshelia, Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Mshel Homes, described the estate as the realization of a long-held vision to merge quality housing with superior infrastructure under a "live, play and relax" philosophy. The development boasts a nine-hole golf course, a sports complex with ten distinct areas, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a 2.7-kilometer road network, and a seven-bedroom maisonette. Additionally, a clubhouse, an estate fountain, and courts for various sports are included.

Mshelia noted that over ten blocks of apartment buildings are already constructed or in progress for subscribers, attributing this to the project's high demand. Recounting the project's origins, Mshelia highlighted land acquisition as the most difficult phase, citing demolition activities by the Area Council, financial hurdles, and other obstacles. Despite these setbacks, he credited resilience, teamwork, and the commitment of the construction crew, development partners, and investors for completing the first phase of amenities, including key infrastructure and residential blocks, within six months. He also mentioned that the Federal Government, through the Ministry of Finance Incorporated Real Estate Investment Fund (MREIF), has raised N250 billion for affordable mortgages as part of a larger N1 trillion program.
