FIFA confirmed that Burna Boy and Shakira will perform "Dai Dai," the official anthem of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, during the competition's first-ever Super Bowl-inspired halftime show. Reports indicate the traditional 15-minute halftime interval will be extended to accommodate the entertainment spectacle, with television broadcasters likely scheduling a break of approximately 30 minutes. This expanded interval is expected to combine match analysis with an 11-minute musical performance.

FIFA also announced an extensive lineup for the show, featuring BTS, Madonna, Justin Bieber, conductor Gustavo Dudamel, the PS22 Chorus, Coldplay, and appearances from Sesame Street and The Muppets.
