Multiple-entry Umrah pilgrims must fulfill service package requirements

Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has reiterated that pilgrims holding multiple-entry visas must adhere to regulations requiring the booking of service packages with licensed Umrah providers. The ministry clarified that the visa's validity period does not exempt pilgrims from securing these essential services.

The multiple-entry Umrah visa, introduced in July, permits beneficiaries to enter the Kingdom multiple times within its 365-day validity. Pilgrims are allowed a total stay of up to 90 days throughout the visa's duration, aiming to offer greater flexibility in planning their spiritual journeys.

To utilize the visa, pilgrims must purchase a service package from an approved provider via the "Nusk" system for each visit. The duration of the package cannot exceed the remaining validity of the visa. Furthermore, all pilgrims are obligated to comply with the regulations governing the duration of the programs and services they receive.

Before arrival, pilgrims must obtain an Umrah permit through the Nusk app, ensuring the permit dates correspond with their approved service package. The process begins with selecting and purchasing a package, followed by a visa application. Travel eligibility is checked before boarding, and entry and exit details are recorded upon arrival and departure to track the remaining stay period.
