Both areas have been identified as accident hotspots, with the highway experiencing issues related to high-speed driving, especially from 'night owls' heading to Wuling and motorcycle enthusiasts. Dongmin Road's straight stretches have unfortunately encouraged speeding. With a combined total of 99 accidents in the past two years across these two locations, the need for enhanced speed management is clear.
