National Rental Car Mutual Aid Association Opens Search for New Chairman

The National Rental Car Mutual Aid Association has opened a public search for its next chairman, with applications accepted until the 21st. The term will last three years.

The chairman represents the association and oversees its overall work and management. Established as the first independent corporation in South Korea's automobile mutual aid industry, the association operates automobile mutual aid services for rental-car businesses. It also provides loans and other support for members' welfare.

Applicants must submit an application, personal statement, work-performance plan, consent for the collection and use of personal information, an oath and other supporting documents. The association will review the submitted materials before inviting successful applicants to interviews.

The association will notify candidates individually about the results of each stage and the detailed schedule. The final candidate must first win an operating committee resolution and receive prior approval from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
