National Show Jumping Ranking Kicks Off at Paraguayan Riding Club

Equestrian enthusiasts are converging at the Paraguayan Riding Club (CHP) this weekend for the fifth round of the National Show Jumping Ranking, organized by the Rakiura Equestrian Academy.

The competition, sanctioned by the Paraguayan Federation of Equestrian Sports (FEDEPA), will showcase riders across multiple categories. Saturday's events commence with the Mini School category, featuring obstacles at 0.30 meters. Subsequently, the Junior and Senior School categories will compete with fences set between 0.60 and 0.90 meters, judged on 'Ideal Time'.

The afternoon will see riders in the Children, Junior, Amateur, and Senior categories tackling higher obstacles, ranging from 1.10 to 1.20 meters, in a 'One Jump-Off' format. The day's events will conclude with Junior, Senior, and Amateur riders navigating challenging courses with obstacles between 1.20 and 1.40 meters, judged using Table C.

Competition resumes on Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. with a similar schedule. The combined results from both days will determine the top-ranked participants in each category, culminating in the crowning of the round's champion.
