Nestlé Nigeria Recognises Outstanding Distributors

Nestlé Nigeria honored 16 distributor partners for their consistent business performance, which has ensured the availability of Nestlé products across the country. This recognition highlights the enduring partnerships that foster shared value by strengthening businesses, expanding market reach, and connecting millions of Nigerian consumers with trusted brands.

The honored distributors demonstrated outstanding national sell-out contributions and achieved consecutive volume growth in 2024 and 2025. This achievement is particularly significant given the prevailing economic challenges, including inflationary pressures, foreign exchange volatility, and shifting consumer purchasing patterns. The recognition celebrates the resilience, agility, and collaborative spirit of these partners.

As part of the award, each distributor received a new truck, underscoring Nestlé Nigeria's commitment to enhancing its distribution network. The company invests in infrastructure, inventory management, and operational support to boost efficiency and long-term growth. Nestlé Nigeria collaborates with over 200 distributors who collectively serve more than 200,000 retailers nationwide.

Boladale Odunlami, Commercial Manager at Nestlé Nigeria Plc, stated that the company's success is intertwined with its partners' achievements. "Our distributors play a critical role in ensuring that consumers across the country can access the products they know and trust every day," Odunlami said. He emphasized Nestlé's continued investment in distributor growth and capabilities to create shared value within Nigeria's retail economy. Two distributors also received special recognition for exceptional business recovery in 2025.
