New Kazakh Ambassador Presents Credentials in Kyrgyzstan

Abylkair Skakov has officially taken up his post as the new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Kyrgyzstan, having presented his credentials to the Kyrgyz Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Deputy Foreign Minister Meder Abakirov received the copies of the credentials, marking the formal start of Skakov's diplomatic mission.

During their meeting, Abakirov and Skakov engaged in discussions covering a range of critical bilateral issues. Their talks focused on the current state and future prospects of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan across key sectors. These included political dialogue, trade and economic relations, transit and transportation, and cultural and humanitarian exchanges.

Both sides emphasized the importance of timely implementation of agreements previously reached at the highest levels of government. The meeting underscored a mutual commitment to strengthening the partnership between the two neighboring nations.
