New Reports Emerge on Mojtaba Khamenei Amid Health Speculation

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian held a meeting with the country's spiritual-political leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, in late July. The discussions focused on military and economic issues, according to Iranian state television.

Khamenei has remained out of the public eye since he took over leadership in March, a prolonged absence that has intensified speculation regarding his health. This follows similar reports in May, when state media also announced a meeting between Pezeshkian and Khamenei.

Unconfirmed reports circulating since February suggest that Khamenei sustained severe injuries in an attack attributed to the U.S. and Israel. These rumors, coupled with his continued public absence, have led to speculation that his health is critical.
