Nine injured in car crash on Tokat-Turhal highway

A serious traffic accident occurred on the Tokat-Turhal highway in Turkey's Tokat province, resulting in multiple injuries. The collision happened at the Kalaycık village intersection late at night when two vehicles collided.

The accident involved a car traveling from Turhal towards Tokat and another vehicle attempting to turn from the intersection towards Kalaycık village. The impact left nine people injured.

Emergency medical teams were dispatched to the scene and provided initial treatment to the injured. All nine were subsequently transported by ambulance to nearby hospitals for further medical care. Authorities reported that one of the drivers, identified as Mehmet D., is in critical condition.
