The agreement also includes an option for a multi-year continuation, signaling a deep commitment from both sides. Norris, who joined McLaren in 2017, has openly stated his ambition to remain with the team for his entire racing career.

Norris has been an integral part of the McLaren family since 2017, progressing from a test and simulator driver to a leading figure in Formula 1, securing 13 race wins and 18 pole positions.
