Bodø/Glimt coach Kjetil Knutsen left the sidelines before the end of his team's 3-0 victory over NEC to embrace Norwegian folk singer Halvdan Sivertsen, a long-time supporter of the club. The unusual act, occurring while the game was still in progress, caught the attention of Dutch television experts.

One commentator, former NEC player Lasse Schöne, expressed surprise, initially mistaking the interaction. "Wait three minutes and then go to your parents," Schöne remarked, as reported by Dutch media. He added that while it might not be a major issue, the gesture seemed "a bit strange" given Knutsen's typically sympathetic demeanor.
