NSC Consolidates Partnership with Puma for Team Nigeria

Nigeria's National Sports Commission (NSC) is seeking to solidify a long-term collaboration with sportswear manufacturer PUMA, citing a highly positive and progressive experience during the current 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. The partnership has been instrumental in providing Team Nigeria athletes with impressive pre-tournament preparations.

Hon. Bukola Olopade, Director General of the NSC, expressed enthusiasm for a continued relationship with PUMA. "For us at the NSC, our intentions were deliberate from when we took over," Olopade stated at a media briefing. "And looking at the entire gamut of sports, the President of Nigeria, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, had given us the mandate to create an ecosystem that is driven by the economies of sports."

Olopade highlighted PUMA's belief in the NSC's vision.
