NSCDC unveils new outpost in Kano to boost security

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has commissioned a new operational outpost in Yelwa Quarters, Dala Local Government Area, Kano State. This move aims to strengthen security presence and enhance the protection of lives and property within the community.

State Commandant Mohammed Agalama stated that the outpost is a strategic step to bring security services closer to the people and ensure prompt responses to emerging security challenges. He highlighted the critical role of community participation and inter-agency collaboration in tackling insecurity, urging residents to provide timely and credible information to security agencies.
