"One Minute": Coté López's harsh messages to Luis Jiménez revealed by Gala Caldirola

A fiery exchange between Chilean television personalities Gala Caldirola and María José "Coté" López has ignited social media, centered on alleged infidelity involving footballer Luis Jiménez. Caldirola presented text messages during the program "Primer Plano" that she claims show López threatening Jiménez with the revelation of intimate details of their past affair.

"She sent me three screenshots where, literally, she wrote, 'And if I tell Gala about the sex we had before you came?, and if I tell Gala that with me you finished in a minute because you couldn't hold it anymore?'" Caldirola recounted on the show. "That's not with so much desire to be sisterly or for me to know the truth. It's with a bit of malice."

Caldirola further alleged that Jiménez told her López had been threatening him for a long time and planned to reveal the affair at a time when Caldirola and Jiménez were reportedly close to marriage. The program's broadcast reportedly achieved a peak in television ratings.

During the same broadcast, Coté López reportedly called into the program to respond to Caldirola's accusations. In her defense, López allegedly named several women, including former partners of footballers Mauricio Isla and Mauricio Pinilla, who she claimed had affairs with Jiménez. López also reportedly implicated footballers Jonathan Benítez and Juan Pablo Gómez in alleged infidelities with Caldirola.
