Osun Election: APC Youths Rally for Oyebamiji

Youths from the Iwo Federal Constituency in Osun State staged a vote sensitization rally on Saturday, expressing their commitment to delivering the constituency for the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate, Mr. Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO).

The rally, which drew thousands of APC supporters from Iwo, Ayedire, and Olaoluwa local government areas, traversed major parts of Iwo. Participants chanted campaign slogans and waved party flags.

We want to prove to the whole world that the youths of Iwo Federal Constituency have rejected the incumbent governor because of what we described as his failed promises. The crowd here today shows the organic love and support the people have for Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji.

Hon. Adegbile Abefe, the APC candidate for the Osun State House of Assembly, stated that the turnout demonstrated the youths' confidence in Oyebamiji's leadership. He criticized Governor Ademola Adeleke's administration, alleging it failed to fulfill campaign promises regarding security, healthcare, and road infrastructure. "We want to prove to the whole world that the youths of Iwo Federal Constituency have rejected the incumbent governor because of what we described as his failed promises," Abefe said.

Comrade Muyideen Abdulgafar, Chairman of Youth Mobilisation in Iwo Federal Constituency, also voiced confidence in an APC victory. He alleged the current administration neglected infrastructure and security, asserting Oyebamiji possesses the competence to address the state's challenges. "We are very sure that by August 15, we are going to deliver Iwo Federal Constituency for the APC," Abdulgafar stated.
