Osun shootings: Police begin probe, beef up security

The Osun State Police Command has launched an investigation into recent shooting incidents that occurred in parts of the state, leaving several passers-by injured. The command expressed deep concern over the events and has taken steps to restore normalcy and enhance security.

While normalcy has been restored in the affected areas, security has been significantly reinforced. The police are conducting an intensive, intelligence-led operation to apprehend the perpetrators and any potential sponsors. Those injured have been evacuated for medical treatment.
