Pabel Muñoz seeks re-election, registers candidacy in Quito

Quito Mayor Pabel Muñoz has officially registered his candidacy to seek re-election as the head of the capital's city council in the upcoming November elections. Muñoz is running through a political alliance formed with Unidad Popular, the Partido Socialista Ecuatoriano, and the provincial movement Todos, after the suspension of the Revolución Ciudadana movement.
