Padang Panjang Wins National Digital Service Award

Padang Panjang City has earned national recognition for its digital transformation in population administration services, securing the 2026 IKD Dukcapil Prima Award from the Ministry of Home Affairs. The award highlights the city's success in making public services easier, faster, and more digital.

Mayor Hendri Arnis expressed his appreciation, stating the award is proof of the local government's commitment to quality public service. He emphasized that the achievement is a result of the hard work of the Disdukcapil (Population and Civil Registration Office) staff and a catalyst for continued innovation. Arnis stressed the importance of using technological advancements to streamline processes and enhance citizen satisfaction.
