Pahang Crown Prince completes Royal Malaysian Air Force helicopter pilot training

Tengku Hassanal Ibrahim Alam Shah, the Crown Prince of Pahang, has achieved another significant milestone by completing his helicopter pilot training with the Royal Malaysian Air Force (TUDM). This accomplishment follows his earlier commissioning as a member of the Special Air Force Unit (Paskau).

The Crown Prince successfully passed his Final Handling Test (FHT), a rigorous examination that marks a historic moment in TUDM's flight training programs. The FHT encompassed a comprehensive range of challenging flight exercises, including circuit and landing, steep turns, low flying, quick stops, limited power operations, confined area operations, and practice forced landings (autorotation).

According to a statement shared on the Pahang Sultanate's Facebook page, this success represents the culmination of his intensive helicopter flight training. It underscores his dedication, discipline, and proficiency in meeting the stringent standards set by TUDM. The ceremony was attended by key figures, including the Deputy Chief of the Air Force, Lieutenant General Datuk Nur Hafis Abdul Karim, and the Commander of Air Education and Training, Lieutenant General Datuk Muhammad Tarminzi Mustapha.
