Panama U-15 Team to Face Mexico, Peru in Preparatory Tournament

Panama's U-15 men's national soccer team is set to participate in an international preparatory tournament hosted by the Mexican Football Federation (FMF) at its High Performance Center (CAR) in Mexico City. The tournament features Mexico's U-15 squad, Peru's U-15 team, and the U-15 category of the U.S. club Houston Dynamo.

Under the guidance of Technical Director César Aguilar, the Panamanian team will play three matches. They debut on Saturday, August 29, against Mexico at 11 a.m. The following day, August 30, they face Houston Dynamo at 1 p.m. Their final match is on Monday, August 31, against Peru at 1 p.m. All games will be held at the FMF's CAR facilities.

The team is currently training and is scheduled to travel to Mexico City on Wednesday, August 26. This tournament is a crucial part of their preparation for the 2026 FIFA U-15 World Cup and Festival, which will take place from October 22 to 31 in Baku, Azerbaijan. The list of players traveling for the tournament will be announced soon.
