Personnel changes in police departments in Osh and Issyk-Kul regions of Kyrgyzstan

Kyrgyzstan's internal affairs directorates in the Osh and Issyk-Kul regions have undergone a series of cadre reshuffles, with new appointments announced for various district and city police departments. These changes signal a broader effort to restructure leadership within the nation's law enforcement agencies.

In the Osh region, Colonel of Militia Batyrbek Ryskulov has been appointed as the acting deputy head of the Osh Regional Directorate of Internal Affairs, overseeing public security. Previously, Ryskulov led the Internal Affairs Department of the Jeti-Oguz district in the Issyk-Kul region. Chingyz Beishembyev takes charge as the head of the Alay District Department of Internal Affairs, bringing experience from previous roles in criminal investigation and as deputy head of the Ak-Suu District Internal Affairs Department.

The Issyk-Kul region also sees new leadership. Major of Militia Albert Abdyldaev is now the head of the organizational and inspection department of the regional directorate. Lieutenant Colonel of Militia Turgunbek Usenov has been appointed head of the Jeti-Oguz District Department of Internal Affairs, having previously served in the Chuy District and led the criminal police service in the Isyk-Ata District. Additionally, Lieutenant Colonel of Militia Kairat Kokumbaev is the new head of the Karakol City Department of Internal Affairs, and Captain of Militia Adil Almanbet uulu is the acting head of the financial and economic department for the Issyk-Kul Regional Directorate.
