Pertamina Brings New Spirit to Banyuwangi Children with Educational Aid

PT Pertamina brought smiles to children in Banyuwangi, East Java, through its Seragam Sekolah Bersama Pertamina (SESAMA) and Pertamina Berkah programs. On a blessed Friday, June 3, 2026, the company, along with PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Jatimbalinus, distributed 200 educational aid packages to students from low-income families. These packages included school uniforms, shoes, and supplies, along with cash donations for elementary and junior high school students.

The beneficiaries, hailing from four foundations in East Java, Yayasan Salafiyah Syafi'iyah As'adiyah Ibrahimy, Yayasan Darussalam, Yayasan Syamsul Huda, and Yayasan Datuk Abdurrahim Bauzir, received hope for a more focused education without adding financial strain to their parents. This support is particularly crucial as the new school year approaches, a time when essential school needs often compete with basic necessities.

The social activities took place during Iriawan's working visit to the terminal, where he inspected facilities to ensure optimal operations for fuel and LPG distribution in eastern Java.
