Peru: Public Sector Payments Scheduled for June via Banco de la Nación

Public sector workers and pensioners in Peru are set to receive their June 2026 payments through the Banco de la Nación, with the official schedule commencing on June 11. The payment calendar, recently formalized by the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) through Viceministerial Resolution N.° 0005-2025-EF/11.01, ensures timely disbursement of salaries, pensions, and other benefits.

The schedule encompasses various employee categories, including those under Contract Administrative Services (CAS), pensioners under Decree Law N.º 20530, and beneficiaries of programs like Serums and Secigra. Payments will be processed by the Banco de la Nación for employees across ministries, regional governments, and other state entities.

For public sector workers, remuneration payments are distributed across four distinct dates in June. For instance, on Wednesday, June 17, payments will be made to employees in Education, universities, PCM, Transport and Communications, Defense, the Judiciary, Public Ministry, Economy and Finance, Justice, regional governments, the Comptroller General's Office, Congress, Midagri, and Energy and Mines. Subsequent dates are allocated for other ministries and entities.

Pensioners under Decree Law N.º 20530 will also receive their payments progressively based on their respective public entities. The schedule for these pensioners begins on Thursday, June 11, with the Ministry of Education (including universities), Ministry of Energy and Mines, Ministry of Transport and Communications, Ministry of Defense, Judiciary, Public Ministry, Ministry of Economy and Finance, Ministry of Justice, Executive Units of Regional Governments, Comptroller General's Office, Congress, and the Ministry of Agrarian and Irrigation receiving their payments. Further dates are assigned for other ministries and entities in the following days.
