PetroChina donates ambulances to bolster Jambi hospital readiness

PetroChina International Jabung Ltd. has strengthened the healthcare infrastructure in Jambi by donating two fully equipped ambulances to RS Adhyaksa Jambi. The handover ceremony took place at the Jambi High Prosecutor's Office, symbolizing a collaborative effort to bolster the region's medical services ahead of the hospital's operational launch.

Alfiani, Vice President of Business Support at PetroChina, emphasized the critical role of adequate medical transportation. The donated ambulances are outfitted with vital equipment, including stretchers, oxygen tanks, first-aid kits, and communication radios, ensuring they are ready for emergency situations and patient transfers. PetroChina hopes this contribution will elevate the quality of healthcare and foster stronger ties with stakeholders in Jambi.

RS Adhyaksa Jambi, which began construction in 2025, is currently in its final preparation stages. The addition of these ambulances is a key step in ensuring the hospital can provide prompt and responsive medical care to the community. Head of the Jambi High Prosecutor's Office, Sugeng Hariadi, expressed gratitude, noting that the ambulances are crucial for the hospital's optimal functioning and its ability to serve the public effectively.
