PNM's Grand Final PORSENI 2026 Boosts Employee Fighting Spirit

Thousands of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) employees transformed from their daily roles into athletes, singers, dancers, and comedians for the company's annual Sports and Arts Week (PORSENI) 2026 Grand Final. Held on August 22, 2026, at BRILiaN Stadium, the event united PNM staff from across Indonesia under the theme "Synergy in Achievement, Building Together PNM."

PNM Director-General Kindaris opened the Grand Final, stating the event transcends mere competition. "Today is not just about the match. Today is about celebrating the long journey that has brought PNM people from various regions, branches, talents, and stories together in one spirit of togetherness," he said. Kindaris highlighted that the true meaning of PORSENI lies in participants giving their best, reflecting the "One PNM" spirit of growing, struggling, and celebrating success together.

This year's PORSENI saw unprecedented scale, with 58 branches, the head office, and subsidiaries participating. Thousands of athletes and talents competed both in person and online, from the westernmost to the easternmost parts of Indonesia. These employees, who typically support micro-entrepreneurs and drive the grassroots economy, became fierce competitors representing their respective branches.

The road to the Grand Final included a two-stage qualification round. On July 11, 2026, six cities hosted mini soccer, badminton, table tennis, and padel tournaments. The following week, from July 14 to 18, 2026, the competition moved online, featuring E-sports Mobile Legends, Dance Competition, PNM Idol, Band Competition, and Standup Comedy, connecting all PNM branches virtually. Only 277 top athletes and officials earned a "golden ticket" to the Grand Final after rigorous qualification.
