PNM Unites Thousands of Employees at Grand Final PORSENI 2026 Sports and Arts Festival

PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) celebrated its annual grand gathering, PORSENI PNM 2026, a vibrant festival of sports and arts that united thousands of its employees from across Indonesia. Held at BRILiaN Stadium on Saturday, August 22, 2026, the event transformed employees from their daily roles into athletes, singers, dancers, and comedians.

Under the theme "Synergy in Achievement, Building Together PNM," the PORSENI 2026 was more than just a yearly ceremony. It served as a crucial moment to foster togetherness, demonstrating that the company's strength lies not only in its business performance but also in its ability to unite all branches under a shared spirit. PNM President Director Kindaris emphasized that the event celebrates the journey of PNM employees from diverse regions, branches, talents, and backgrounds, all converging with a common spirit.

He highlighted that the drive to give one's best is the common thread among all participants, regardless of the outcome. "Some are chasing victory, some are showcasing creativity through art, some win, and some must accept defeat. But all have one thing in common: they have given their best. For me, this is the true meaning of PORSENI. At PNM, we don't just work together. We grow together, we strive together, and we celebrate success together. This is the One PNM spirit," he asserted.

The PORSENI 2026 involved 58 branches, the Head Office, and subsidiary companies. Thousands of athletes and talents competed both in person and online, spanning from the westernmost to the easternmost parts of Indonesia. These participants are the PNM employees who daily support customers and drive the grassroots economy.

The journey to the Grand Final began with a two-stage qualification round. On July 11, 2026, six cities, Medan, Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and Makassar, hosted preliminary competitions in Mini Soccer, Badminton, Table Tennis, and Padel. Further online competitions from July 14–18, 2026, included E-sports Mobile Legends, Dance Competition, PNM Idol, Band Competition, and Stand-up Comedy, connecting all PNM branches in a shared competitive space. From the thousands who participated in the qualifiers, 277 athletes and officials earned a spot in the Grand Final.
