Pobierowo is not a seasonal project. It's a strategic decision

The traditional model of seasonal tourism on the Baltic coast, where businesses close and staff are let go for much of the year, is becoming less profitable. Gołębiewski Holding is challenging this norm with its new hotel in Pobierowo, designed for full occupancy 12 months a year.

Marta Masłowska, Central Sales Director, explained that the hotel's strategy hinges on the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) sector. This focus is intended to guarantee stable business and year-round operation, a significant departure from the typical seasonal approach.

The company's strategic decision to invest in Pobierowo is not a short-term project but a long-term commitment. By targeting business events, Gołębiewski Holding aims to establish Pobierowo as a prime location for corporate gatherings and conferences in Poland. This approach seeks to mitigate the risks associated with seasonal fluctuations and create a sustainable business model.
