Poland Publishes New Regulations and Announcements in Official Gazette

Poland's official journal, Dziennik Ustaw, published a series of new regulations and announcements on August 24, 2026. These official documents cover a range of governmental and administrative matters.

Key among the new regulations is a decree from the Minister of Education that amends existing rules on the assessment, classification, and promotion of students in public schools. Additionally, the Minister of National Defence issued a decree modifying regulations concerning the detailed scope and organization of the Military Technical Inspectorate.

Further announcements include a notice from the Minister of Justice regarding the uniform text of a regulation that reassigns jurisdiction for labor and social security cases to specific district courts. The President of the Council of Ministers also announced the uniform text of a regulation establishing the regional aid map for 2022–2027. The gazette also published a decree concerning practical training in road traffic hazards and an announcement of early mayoral elections in the town of Kamionka in the Lublin Voivodeship.
