Police Find Weapons, Steroids in Wilhelmshaven Biker Raid

Wilhelmshaven police have confiscated a cache of weapons, ammunition, and steroids following searches of four properties associated with the local biker scene. The operation, which took place on Thursday, is part of an ongoing investigation into alleged criminal activities involving two men, aged 30 and 36, and a 27-year-old woman.

The suspects are facing accusations including attempted joint robbery extortion and making threats with a firearm. A 25-year-old man from Wilhelmshaven is reportedly the victim in this case. The police are also investigating potential violations of the Weapons Act.

During the searches, officers seized items such as mobile phones and other electronic data storage devices, cartridges, blank-firing guns with ammunition, and brass knuckles. Additionally, investigators found fireworks, untaxed tobacco products, and steroids. All collected evidence is now being analyzed.

This is not the first action in this case; an initial search occurred at the end of July. The police and the Oldenburg public prosecutor's office have been collaborating on this complex investigation since early July. The three suspects were released after the measures were completed, and authorities have declined to provide further details on the specific charges or findings due to the ongoing nature of the proceedings.
