He claims his elder brother serves as the Senate President, his wife is a secretary, and an in-law holds the position of Deputy Inspector-General of Operations. He used these alleged connections to threaten the motorist, stating he would obstruct their movement for the entire day.

The motorist repeatedly accused the officer of unwarranted insults, asserting their innocence and knowledge of the law, especially after providing requested documents. The officer, however, insisted on his authority, demanding the motorist exit the vehicle and questioning their sanity.
