Police to Forcefully Detain Lampung Official's Daughter Suspected of Assaulting Partner

Bandung Police are prepared to use force to apprehend a suspect in a domestic assault case if she continues to be uncooperative. The suspect, identified as the daughter of a regional official in Lampung province, failed to appear for her initial police summons regarding the alleged assault of her partner in Bandung.

"As per the summons we issued to the suspect for examination today, she did not appear to meet the investigators' call," stated the Head of the Bandung Police Criminal Investigation Unit, AKBP Anton, on Tuesday. The police intend to issue a second summons, likely within the first or second week of the month.
