Power Outages Scheduled for Bishkek and Kyrgyzstan Regions on July 23

Residents of Bishkek and several regions in Kyrgyzstan can expect power outages on July 23, 2026, as announced by the electric network enterprises.

In the capital city of Bishkek, scheduled power interruptions will affect various districts throughout the day. From 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM, parts of Ibraimov Street and Zhibek-Zholu Avenue will experience blackouts. Later, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, sections of Mayakovsky, Fere, and Sechenov streets will be affected. The "Altyn-Ordo" residential area will have power disruptions from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Other areas in Bishkek, including the "Jal" microdistrict and the village of Besh-Kungey, will face outages from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The "Archa-Beshik" residential area, along with parts of Bakaev, Akhunbaev, and "Dordoi" streets, will be without power from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Several other streets and villages surrounding Bishkek are also on the schedule for power interruptions.

The Talas region will see outages in the villages of Kopuro-Bazar, Uch-Emchek, Zhyde, Talas, and Amanbaeva from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The village of Ozgorush in Talas will be affected from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In the Issyk-Kul region, villages such as Kurmenty, Balbai, Bokonbaevo, Don-Talaa, Kadji-Sai, Enilchek, Ak-Bulun, Ak-Bulak, Zindan, and Zhylzdyz will experience power cuts from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Barskoon and Ak-Shiyrak villages will be affected from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
