Primarox 2026 Fitness Race to Celebrate Indonesian Military's 81st Anniversary

To commemorate the 81st Anniversary of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), the Primarox 2026 hybrid fitness race is set to take place on September 26, 2026, at Hall 8–9 ICE BSD in Tangerang. This unique event aims to blend sportsmanship, a sense of togetherness, and a distinct military-inspired experience, targeting an ambitious 3,500 participants.

The competition is designed to unite the general public (civilians) with members of the TNI and the National Police (Polri) on a single platform. It champions an active lifestyle and promotes healthy competition, incorporating physical challenges that draw inspiration from military training activities and equipment. Unique elements like the "ammo box" and "tire flip" challenges are incorporated to provide a varied experience and highlight the event's military character.

Primarox 2026 distinguishes itself by being open to participants of all fitness levels, not just elite athletes or military personnel. The organizers have set up a total quota of 3,500 racers, who will compete in three divisions: Single, Double, and Relay. Each category features distinct scoring systems and classifications, with separate podiums for civilian and TNI/Polri participants, allowing individuals to choose based on their preferences and abilities.

Colonel Infanteri Eka Wira Dharmawan, the event's organizing committee head, described Primarox as a symbol of sportsmanship and a space for unity among civilians, TNI, and Polri. "We present Primarox as a space to bring people together through sports. The challenges are designed to test physical and mental capabilities, but the core spirit is sportsmanship, the courage to try, and togetherness," Eka stated. Beyond the physical tests, the race promises a unique blend of athletic competition and military experience, offering participants a memorable and engaging event.

The substantial prize pool of Rp500 million is intended as a form of appreciation and an additional motivator for participants across all divisions and categories. This significant reward underscores the organizers' commitment to celebrating the TNI's anniversary while promoting fitness and community engagement.
