Senator Cotton, in turn, described Israel as "the best ally we've had since Great Britain in World War II." He highlighted the shared fight against common enemies, specifically mentioning Iran and radical terrorism. Cotton pledged his continued support for the United States-Israel alliance, stating it makes both nations safer. The meeting with Cotton underscored a bipartisan consensus on the importance of the alliance.
