Prime Minister orders immediate expulsion of Israeli nationals

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has issued a firm directive for the immediate expulsion of any Israeli citizens detected entering Malaysia, regardless of whether they hold dual nationality or are participating in programs like the Network School in Forest City, Johor.

The Prime Minister stated that Malaysia does not permit the entry of Israeli nationals, and any individuals found violating this policy will face immediate deportation. He confirmed that all relevant agencies, including the Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of Home Affairs, are conducting thorough investigations into the matter. The Minister of Higher Education is expected to provide a detailed response soon.

This strong stance follows concerns previously raised by the Johor Menteri Besar, Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi. He had expressed worries that Israeli nationals might be using second passports to gain entry into Malaysia for the Network School program, a situation that has caused apprehension among the public. Recent social media posts, including videos, have also questioned the true purpose of the Network School's operations in Forest City, alleging the participation of Israeli nationals.

The Ministry of Home Affairs, through the Immigration Department of Malaysia (JIM), the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), and other related agencies, has affirmed its seriousness in addressing any issues related to national security, immigration law compliance, and the misuse of immigration facilities. Comprehensive reviews and investigations are underway to ascertain the identities and nationalities of all individuals involved in the Network School operations.

We do not allow (the presence of Israeli citizens in Malaysia). If there are any, action must be taken. If there are Israelis (entering Malaysia), we will expel them immediately.
