Prince Harry and Meghan plan UK return, sparking speculation on royal reconciliation

Prince Harry and Meghan are preparing for a return to the United Kingdom from their California home, with plans to enroll their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, in British schools for the autumn term.
