Indonesian pop-comedy legends Project Pop are set to celebrate three decades of their unique musical journey with a grand solo concert. Titled "Forever Young – Forever Fun," the event marks their 30th anniversary in the Indonesian music industry and is scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at the Tennis Indoor Senayan in Jakarta.

Promoted by Northstar Entertainment, the concert is envisioned as more than just a musical performance; it's described as an "ultimate nostalgia party." Chairi Ibrahim, a representative from Northstar Entertainment, highlighted Project Pop's significant cultural impact, calling them "an Indonesian popular culture heritage" that has maintained relevance for 30 years through their "intelligent comedy wrapped in multi-genre musical arrangements."

Musically, Project Pop has prepared an intensive session to re-arrange their legendary hits, aiming for a fresh yet familiar sound. They have curated a special setlist of around 30 songs, including rarely performed tracks, promising a dynamic two-hour show. "We are definitely putting in extra effort for the musical preparation for this concert. The setlist has been specially prepared and will be very fun to sing along to," shared Gugum, another member. The performance will also feature new arrangements, dynamic medleys, and challenging choreography for both the band and the audience.

Adding to the celebration, the concert will feature special collaborators chosen to represent different facets of Project Pop's journey. Collaborations with P Project, NPD (New Pusat Dunia), and Inul Daratista are planned, symbolizing the connection between Project Pop's roots, present, and future. P Project, in particular, represents the roots of musical comedy that influenced the group.
