PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) has launched a Command Center, a sophisticated hub designed to revolutionize the distribution of national fertilizer supplies. This initiative signifies a major leap in the company's digital transformation, aiming to ensure that fertilizer reaches farmers swiftly and precisely where it's needed. By providing real-time oversight of the entire distribution chain, from factory production to final delivery, the Command Center is poised to bolster agricultural productivity and reinforce national food security.

Fertilizer distribution is an important part of maintaining agricultural productivity and national food security. Through the Command Center, Pupuk Indonesia is building an integrated distribution system, from production, stock monitoring, to distribution supervision, so that fertilizer is received by farmers faster and more precisely.

The Command Center integrates multiple digital distribution systems into a unified monitoring dashboard. This comprehensive approach supports the implementation of Presidential Regulation No. 113 of 2025, which designates Pupuk Indonesia as the primary entity responsible for fertilizer distribution up to the point of handover to farmers. This digital transformation streamlines the fertilizer supply chain, making it more efficient, interconnected, and responsive, thereby connecting the entire process from upstream to downstream.

Through this digital transformation, Pupuk Indonesia is building a more efficient, integrated, and responsive fertilizer supply chain by connecting the distribution process from upstream to downstream.

Equipped with advanced monitoring features, the Command Center tracks every stage of distribution. It monitors production output across all Pupuk Indonesia Group factories and utilizes GPS tracking for vessels and trucks, allowing for real-time logistics monitoring and the early detection of potential disruptions or deviations. The Distribution Planning and Control System (DPCS) provides an early warning system for potential supply shortages, enabling proactive adjustments to ensure farmer needs are consistently met. As of May 19, 2026, national fertilizer stock stood at a healthy 1.17 million tons, underscoring the effectiveness of these integrated monitoring efforts.
